This is a topic that would interest me.

To create a screen for an iPhone app that will require a user to create a PIN (or password) that this used each time to authenticate the user when the enter the application.

I saw a nice implementation of this in the 1Password iPhone application, and also the built in iPhone authentication screen (when the phone locks)

I figured this might be a really good tutorial to show how to store PINs/Passwords in the Keychain as well.
