i am trying to play a short mp3 in my view. has anyone got an example of how this is done?

To play music, I have been using the audio code that came with the Lunar Lander sample code.  It seems to work well and is pretty strait forward.  Good luck.

does anyone still have the lunarlander example? i tried to find it but it seems to have been removed.
