I think first you could get yourself an iPad,
then an ipad tutorial for beginners from a site like http://www.ipadandotherdevices.com/ipad-tutorial/ . When you are familiar with the ipad you could go to the Apple’s site,
Developer section. I think that would be a good starting point for you.
