how to copy content from clipboard (either entire content or partial section )

for eg: performing a

1.selectAll or selecting a portion from a webpage or any other source in an iphone 

2.The selected content will be available in clipboard now from the clipboard i need to store it in a string

can u please guide me through  by creating a sample application to implement this ,

itz very  important not able to proceed in my project without this
