I would like to see a tutorial on how to send and email/sms notification from an iphone application.  I am building an enterprise application and we want to let the user select from a list of system problems, then be able to send the problem information to anyone in their contacts list via SMS or Email.  A co-worker easily got this to work on a blackberry, but it's really hard to track down info on this for the iphone.  I've seen others asking how to do this on the web, but little help answering it.
