I am new here so I haven't looked through all the stuff here but, I think a good tutorial would be to create a basic 3D game using OpenGL. You know something like a 3rd person shooter with basic character designs, maybe a couple of obstacles, a only one weapon. I think it would be a great addition into the game programming section.

I strongly second this. An OpenGL ES game tutorial guiding us through how to create a game from the ground up would be great!
